The service was very good, and the on-site restaurant was brilliant, with complimentary internet and on-site parking available for guests.

The service was exceptional, and the staff was willing to help. the room was new-fashioned and huge, with free Wi-Fi, an iron, and a carpet I needed. - the staff was welcoming and gave me recommendations. - the location was marvellous for first-time

The breakfast was modern and had a great selection of options. The hotel is fabulous and fairly clean.- The rooms are huge and come with an air ventilation device in the toilet area.- The pillows were great.- The meal was perfect.- The 

Functional, spotless hotel with reasonably good and thoughtful personnel with great customer service. Wonderful location to the Olympic park and easy access to fairgrounds and a supermarket. Plus, close to Church of st Luke.  

This venue has a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff that provide excellent customer service.

Convenient spot though a bit far from the main sights, but I really liked it! 🌆

The service was fantastic and the breakfast options were contemporary, catering to vegetarians; the central location near Canary Wharf and Basingstoke was unbeatable.
